Rapunzel 2014 OOAK

Oh my... I did it!

I fell in love with the Rapunzel movie when I watched it and got myself the beautiful first version of her doll from Disney Parks. Nothing ever could beat this doll but I liked the current Classic doll (from the Disney Store) very much too. But something about the Classic doll  was strange. I compared the two and found the her eyebrows were much too thick for my taste and her lips way to pink.
So I just...rushed to get nail polish remover and removed parts of her eyebrows and her lip color completely. I painted the lips in light pink, added some tiny details to her eyes and...was happy.

I saw here on deviantart so many beautiful Rapunzel dolls with amazing hand sewn dresses that I just thought I could give it a try. But sewing always is my weak part and there are many flaws in that dress and the design idea is very close to other dresses I've seen and the original Designer Rapunzel Doll. But since she is just for me to keep, I'm more than happy!

Some time ago I saw an artist who made a box for her amazing OOAK doll...now guess what I'm planning to do?
